Did ya know that Mondays are one of the most stressful days of the week? It doesn’t matter if you’re a shift worker and off on Monday or a regular Monday to Friday 9-5 person.

The majority of heart attacks occur between 4 & 6 PM Monday & Friday. It don’t believe in coincidence so there has to be something to the high stress Mondays & heart attacks.

Most of these heart attacks could have been easily preventable by healthy eating and exercise. You probably know this but STRESS is a killer.

Some folks relieve stress by perhaps eating too much junk food or drinking too much alcohol or both. Clogged arteries from the junk food & liver problems & many other side effects from the Booze.

It had been scientifically proven that exercise is one of the best stress busters on the market. No one really had to tell me that though because I know from experience. Nothing like a great workout to relieve the stress and being good to your body.
Yeah, Mondays really suck. For some folks more than others. It all depends on how you deal with the terrible Mondays!!!

You really don’t have to do weight lifting or go for a 20 mile bike ride.  Take the pets and the kids for a nice long walk in the evening.  If ya have a bit of housework to do put on some music to give it a bit of zip.  Ya gotta use your imagination.  Your mind and body will thank you for it.
